I have a diverse background in IT, ranging from maintaining POS systems for small retail businesses, to serving as the Senior Network Engineer for the City of Cedar Rapids.
As a Senior Engineer, I successfully designed and led the deployment of the Cedar Rapids traffic SCADA network. I was also heavily involved with the design, deployment, and maintenance of the core city network as well as servers for all NCIC sensitive equipment, mission critical, and public facing city services for almost a decade in a high pressure, 24/7 environment.
