Important: We Sell Used Equipment

db Solutions specializes in used and surplus equipment. While we thoroughly check each item before shipping, these are pre-owned items that may show signs of previous use. Please carefully review both item descriptions and photos before purchasing to ensure the item meets your expectations.

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. If an item doesn't meet your needs, we're here to help with returns.

Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. The following conditions apply:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or specially ordered items
  • Units sold "as parts" or "for repair"
  • Bulky, some fragile, or HAZMAT items
  • Software and licenses

Important Note for eBay Purchases:

If you purchased an item through eBay, you must initiate your return through the eBay platform. Please visit your eBay purchase history to start the return process.

Return Process

For eBay Purchases

  1. Go to your eBay purchase history
  2. Find the item you want to return
  3. Click "Return this item"
  4. Follow eBay's return process instructions

For Direct Purchases

  1. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely with all original materials

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Generally, there is no restocking fee. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Warranty

Most items come with a 30-day warranty against defects. Some products may have extended manufacturer warranties. Please contact us for specific warranty information about your purchase.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please keep all original packaging for inspection purposes.
